Here on hack universal, you can create your own hideout. Hideouts cost 500 tonics and you need to PM the admin, which is me for a hideout, if you do not have enough money, you can post 5 times, everytime you post, your tonics go up, so it's best to check your character sheet every day to see how many tonics you have.
